Adam Husler

Drawing from a variety of lives lived off the mat, Adam Husler (@adamhusler) brings a a unique perspective to those who seek more from yoga than making pretty shapes. He offers creative, effective and clearly-sequenced teachings that focus on balancing flexibility and strength; physically and mentally. Adam specialises in a signature style of Alignment-Based Vinyasa— fuelled by a fascination with anatomy and a desire to ask ‘why?’ Adam believes that yoga is a personally subjective practice of self enquiry, where one thing is for certain: whether a long-time listener, first time caller, or anywhere in between... yoga offers us all plenty of options to challenge and reward. Start small, go slow, practise, and all is coming.

Adam has taught classes, workshops and trainings in over 60 studios in over 20 countries, with  a robust home schedule in London's leading studios. You can find Adam chatting on the Honestly Unbalanced podcast and co-leading triyoga 200hr training trainings Adam has featured in Yoga Journal, Mens Health, Women’s Fitness, The Guardian and various other publications, he has partnered with venues including The London Eye, The Design Museum, ‘The Gherkin’, Cliveden House and has taught countless conferences and events inc Wilderness Festival, Yogagames, Balance festival and more

Holly Husler

From performing original pop tunes at the London O2 stage to an audience of 20,000 people in her girl-band days, to singing healing mantras and playing magical instruments to seas of sleeping yogis at events, festivals and studios across the globe, Holly Husler’s journey has taken some unexpected turns! Holly’s yoga practice over some years of feeling lost eventually led her back to herself and to her musical roots, drawing to the surface a deep desire to help people find connection and inner peace through yoga and music, leading her to train as a yoga teacher and sound healer.

Holly now runs her own crystal bowl sound healer trainings and courses (inc at triyoga, London) alongside writing and recording her own ‘conscious music’, with her first album ‘Luminous Shadow’ being released in 2023. @iamhollyhusler

Terms and FAQ

1. How big is the back catalogue? There are well over 100 yoga classes, over 20 sound journeys and music tracks, over 18 meditations + more

2. How do the memberships work? You have the option to pay on a rolling monthly basis or a year in advance. If you cancel the rolling contract, it will not be renewed on the next payment date, but you will have access until the end of your paid-for period. The payment month starts on the 15th; if you join on any other date the fee will be reduced pro-rata for the first ‘month’.

The 12 month package is a one-off payment that will not renew.

3. Why choose us? We imagine that most of you that read will have met us somewhere around the world at some point (or perhaps just via social media) and you resonate with our offering and personalities in some way! There are lots of online options out there, but we can promise that we will do all we can to give you the most wonderful experience on this platform, with full freedom to offer what feels right. We’re trying to give you access to a huge amount of content for a great vale price!

4. What level are the classes? Both Adam & Holly’s classes will be open level, like most of their public classes; so suitable for anyone with some experience doing Vinyasa yoga; even teachers. There’ll be plenty of invitations for ways to take it further or ways to tone it down. The Yoga Fixes will be shorter sessions, sometimes taking the form of a gentle opening practice, and sometimes as a short, dynamic, ‘lets-get-moving’ session. The meditations and sound journeys just require you to be still!

5. Where are the classes filmed? All new cases are filmed in a purpose built yoga studio in the garden of our Surrey home. We are forever reinvesting in new equipment; microphones, lighting, cameras etc.

5. Who should practice? Before you practice our physical classes we’d ask you to ensure that:

  • you’ve practiced some Vinyasa classes with an accredited teacher, in person

  • should you have any existing medical conditions, only practice yoga after your medical professional has given you the go ahead to practice yoga

  • you have exercised your own personal judgment, as well as any other considerations, before acting on any of the content provided by us

  • you have read our privacy form and and disclaimer at the link below, and agree to its contents
