About ADAMS VINYASA classes
Adam’s creatively sequenced classes feature long holds, controlled yet dynamic movements, intelligent alignment, anatomical precision and a focus on integrity, over depth, in postures. They’re also dogma free! Each week Adam builds a new sequence with a particular anatomical theme, so prepare to be kept on your toes and you explore mobility, flexibility and strength. Every asana and variation has a rationale in the the context of each sequence, so feel free to ask Adam ‘why?’
Adam seeks to remind all that an asana practice is a very subjective experience, and whether you are a yoga teacher or a yoga newbie, prepare to work hard as they’ll be plenty of options to challenge all.
ABOUT MARK AND HIS VINYASA CLASSES
Mark is an upcoming and respected teacher who has great depth, quality and variety to his teaching. He has over 1,000 hrs of training from some of the world’s leading teachers including advanced two 500hr trainings with Jules Mitchell and Jason Crandell. Mark got to know Adam at Triyoga as he successfully covered classes for him despite living in Sheffield where he has a thriving and diverse yoga offering. Mark has maybe the fastest UK’s men’s only yoga platform MOGA with many men attending his weekly classes, whilst his work with professional footballers has attracted national press coverage. Mark also specialises helping men and women with physical and mental disabilities whether it’s movement or relaxation.
In Mark’s class, even seasoned yogis will expect to feel new experiences as he blends well paced intentional vinyasa often with technical peak pose progression with the scientific nuances of tissue and breathing mechanics. Through his extensive study of anatomy and biomechanics, postural integrity and somatic practices these provide opportunities for greater self observation and presence, as it becomes less about which pose, but more inquiry within it.

about the teachers practice
A weekly live teacher’s practice—a space designed specifically for those looking to refine their skills, deepen their understanding, and connect with like-minded peers. (experienced non-teachers welcome)
Here’s what to expect:
Assumed Experience: This won’t be your typical open vinyasa class. Expect more complex asana variations, nuanced anatomical insights, and an approach that builds on your existing knowledge.
Workshop-Style Exploration: Adam will incorporate elements of a workshop—longer introductions, peak pose breakdowns, and skill drills you wouldn’t usually get in a regular flow class. It’s about going beyond just "doing" the practice and really understanding it.
Community Connection: The live session room will open early so we can gather, chat, and foster a real sense of community. Stick around afterward for a Q&A—your chance to ask about sequencing, anatomy, or anything else that comes up in practice.
If you’re looking for a space to challenge yourself, refine your teaching, and connect with others on the same path, this is for you.. even if you're not a teacher. See you on the mat!
