BODY UNLOCKING MINI TOOLKIT
Sometimes we don’t have time for a full on yoga practice, but we need some movements to help us counter balance the tightness and restriction built up from the day. These sessions aren’t yoga, but more mini yoga-inspired stretching and mobility sessions.
Feel free to practice them as they are, at least once a week, or if you find one particularly beneficial and you have time, press pause in each pose and spend longer there. We love this practices just before bed.. hence the chilled out lighting for you in these videos!
